At Brick & Bake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or fault for quality purposes.
Non-Returnable Items

Used fire bricks, customised products, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

For hygiene reasons, certain baking accessories (e.g. pizza peels, pans) must be unused and sealed to qualify for a return.

Refund Processing Time
