Brick & Bake Return Policy

At Brick & Bake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Change of Mind Returns

  • We accept returns for unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or fault for quality purposes.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used fire bricks, customised products, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain baking accessories (e.g. pizza peels, pans) must be unused and sealed to qualify for a return.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Info@brickandbake.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned goods.
