Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Metro Areas: 2–5 business days from dispatch

Regional Areas: 3–10 business days from dispatch

Orders containing heavy or bulky items, such as bulk fire bricks, may require pallet delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, your parcel may be taken to the nearest depot or collection point.
